The name Txoko on Tour was chosen deliberately. In Basque culture, a txoko is much more than just a place to eat. It is a private gastronomic meeting place where cooking, sharing, wine, stories, and friendship converge. No facade, no competition—only a love for the craft and enjoying the moment.
And that is precisely the spirit of this weekend. A company of chefs, partners, and friends, traveling together. From pintxos bars to long tables, from great wines to small details, from inspiration to simply having fun together.

Program
Located on the famous La Concha Bay, Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra offers a unique combination of historical charm and modern comfort. This stylish Belle Époque hotel, opened in 1902, features elegant rooms, excellent gastronomy, and an unsurpassed beachfront location within walking distance of the historic center of San Sebastián. It serves as an ideal base for discovering the Basque coast and its world-renowned gastronomy.
During our stay, we have been invited by the Artadi family to dine at ELKANO in Getaria. This iconic restaurant, located on the Atlantic coast near San Sebastián, is considered one of the best seafood restaurants in the world. Here, we wish to experience the essence of Basque cuisine: pure flavors, craftsmanship, and exceptionally fresh products from the sea. In particular, we look forward to the famous grilled turbot, the signature dish that has earned ELKANO international acclaim. The combination of the atmospheric fishing village of Getaria, its coastal location, and a culinary tradition celebrated worldwide makes this an experience we especially anticipate during our journey.
