Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort is located in Agadir, a 6-minute walk from Agadir Beach, and provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center, and a garden. This 5-star hotel offers room service and an ATM. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club, and free WiFi. All rooms at the hotel have air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Each room has a kettle, some rooms have a terrace, and others also have sea views. At Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort all rooms include bed linen and towels. You can enjoy a buffet, continental, or vegetarian breakfast at the accommodation. The accommodation has a restaurant serving French, Mediterranean, and Moroccan cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free, and halal options can also be requested.
The start time is still being finalized. The course has been secured; however, negotiations are ongoing regarding whether we will have access to the course for the entire day. As you would expect from us, we will also provide catering. Water during the round is included, and a BBQ at hole 10 will ensure there is something for everyone.

Today, we have the entire golf course at our disposal. Start times and transport arrangements will be announced in due course. Today will be a true test, featuring—yes—another BBQ at hole 10 and a prize ceremony at the end of the round.

From 9:30 AM, a continuous shuttle service will run to the golf course. Please check your start time carefully and adjust your travel schedule accordingly. Arriving at the 1st tee on time is your own responsibility.
Today we will start consecutively from hole 1 on the Championship course of Du Soleil. Everyone will be assigned a caddie today. There will be another longest drive and neary competition, but more importantly... today is the final (official) round for the 2026 winner's ranking. And we have a massive prize for the winner.
We will return to the hotel in stages. So take it easy, that's what this trip is for.
This evening, we are going all out with an authentic Moroccan dinner. And not to be forgotten, the grand prizes will be awarded.

How to register
You can register for this incentive below. Upon registration, please indicate whether you will be attending alone or with additional participants. This automatically implies that if you register as a team, for example, you will play golf and be seated for dinner with these individuals every day. (You are always free to choose otherwise.) Please indicate under “are you bringing extra people” if this applies.
Upon registration, you will automatically receive a payment request for 50% of the total travel sum. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and serves as a guarantee to the organization of your participation. The remaining balance will be charged via an invoice that you will receive, which will also include information regarding the second installment and the due date.
