DEPARTURE FROM AMSTERDAM AIRPORT
The European Bike Week at Lake Faak is one of the most famous motorcycle events in the world. Every year in September, it is freely accessible to everyone and a true Mecca for Harley-Davidson fans. The event attracts hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts of all brands and styles to the turquoise Lake Faak in Carinthia, Austria every year. With a wide range of entertainment during the day and in the evening, free test rides on the latest Harley-Davidson motorcycles, motorcycle exhibitions, food and drinks, shopping and much more, variety is guaranteed.
Under the motto #BackToTheRoads, there will also be an exciting side program surrounding European Bike Week in 2026.

The motorcycles will be ready at the airport where our incentive starts for the coming days. We will descend quietly to the hotel via the Porsche museum.

How to register
You can register for this incentive below. When registering, please indicate whether you are coming alone or whether there will be other participants. Under ‘Are you bringing additional people?’, please indicate who might be joining the group. Once you have entered their name and email address, this person/these persons will also receive a request to register and grant access to our app and the programme.
After registration, you will automatically receive a payment request for 25% of the travel sum. This sum is non-refundable in case of cancellation and also ensures the organization that you will actually participate. The remaining sum will be charged via the app, or if desired, you will receive an invoice from us.

In the app, you will find the complete incentive program clearly displayed. In addition, you can add program components to your personal calendar, use a private messaging service, and automatically receive notifications about exactly where and when you are expected. There is also space for additional documents, videos, and other content relevant to the incentive in which you are participating. You can read more about our app here.
Does everyone have access to the BE app?
No, the app is exclusively accessible to participants. After registration and verification, we grant access to the events in which you are participating, as well as to any public events, such as those offered under ‘invites’.
What are "On tour" events?
On Tour incentives are events for which, in principle, all our relations can register openly.
