This morning we resume our route to the east of the country with a stop in Apeldoorn. Restaurant Zenith: five years ago, Joey and Jody took a leap of faith and realized their individual dream: opening Restaurant Zenith. What once started as a personal ambition grew into a beloved meeting place where taste and passion come together. With a keen eye for quality and a heart that beats for hospitality, Joey and Jody have transformed Zenith into a culinary gem where visitors are repeatedly surprised by innovative dishes and a warm atmosphere. We will serve a light lunch here with matching wines. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star.

C.T. Stork was not only an inspired industrialist but, above all, a man of great social conscience. He commissioned the construction of a high-quality residential area in Hengelo for his employees. This neighborhood, named Het Tuindorp, was built in an architectural style that was remarkably innovative for its time. The teahouse, which Stork had built in 1916, served as the social heart of the district. Since 1921, when an additional floor was added, the building has remained unchanged and has preserved its distinctive historical and monumental character. Today, Hotel ’t Lansink is a national heritage site (Rijksmonument). Since 2016, ’t Lansink has been honored with the designation of Purveyor to the Royal Household. King Willem-Alexander has decided to grant the hotel-restaurant the right to display the Royal Coat of Arms with the addition 'By Royal Warrant Purveyor to the Royal Household.'

The loyal service team is happy to pamper you. A nice conversation, good wine advice or some explanation about their great cocktails? They are there for you. They proudly serve the fine delicacies of the enterprising Lars van Galen. He puts local products such as Twente asparagus and game from the region in the spotlight. The coherence of the garnishes and depth of the sauces demonstrate his talent. Think of beautifully glazed baked cod with aromatic oxtail, fried capers and a beurre blanc with capers for fine liveliness. At ’t Lansink, the main product excels in beautifully presented plates. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star.

Restaurant Voltaire is located in our beautiful monumental main building. Chefs Falco Lens and Ivanildo Kamperveen, together with Consulting Chef Soenil Bahadoer(**), are creating a unique signature in Restaurant Voltaire. Enjoy an aperitif in our bar or take a seat in the restaurant where old, original details and modern styling blend seamlessly. From the restaurant you have a breathtaking view over the estate and the terrace, where you can take a seat in the summer. We will serve a lunch here with matching wines. The 5-star hotel NH Collection Eindhoven Centre is a luxurious addition to the modern center of Eindhoven. The hotel is located in the modern, local landmark the Groene Toren. The recently awarded fifth star, just one year after opening in 2017, is proof of the high standard of service maintained by the hotel.
