All trips that we provide for our clients are excluded from the statutory regulations for the Package Travel Agreement and Linked Travel Arrangement. <\/p><p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfe0967 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dfe0967\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">General Terms and Conditions (travel) service providers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfe76ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bfe76ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If organized transport is included in your trip, the general (transport) conditions of the carriers (such as airlines), in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Beyond Expectations, expressly form part of the offer and\/or the agreement.<\/p><p>You can find the general (transport) conditions of travel service providers on the website of the relevant travel service provider. You can also consult the location of most general transport and baggage conditions of travel service providers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anvr.nl\/vervoersvoorwaarden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.anvr.nl\/vervoersvoorwaarden\">via the ANVR website<\/a>. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c55ac7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8c55ac7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ANVR<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08da6a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"08da6a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Beyond Expectations (Chamber of Commerce 75237318) is a member of the ANVR. You can verify this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anvr.nl\/ledenoverzicht\/05794\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. The ANVR maintains strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and related information. All trips offered by Beyond Expectations are subject to clear general terms and conditions that are equivalent to the standard business model conditions used by the ANVR. You can download our General Terms and Conditions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beyond-expectations.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ALV-Beyond-Expectations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e0471f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9e0471f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Insurances<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b06c572 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b06c572\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We strongly advise our client to take out travel insurance and\/or cancellation insurance for every traveler.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8eed6b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8eed6b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Additional costs (not included)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91b5cd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91b5cd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer or an assignment, the costs below are not included and are for the account of the client\/traveler:<br>\u2022 Any baggage costs in case of transport by plane, unless a baggage allowance is included in the ticket price and this is explicitly stated by us. You can find an overview of almost all baggage conditions per airline on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anvr.nl\/bagagevoorwaarden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overview page of the ANVR<\/a>.<br>\u2022 Any departure or arrival tax that must be paid by the passenger himself at the airport. You can check this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iatatravelcentre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<br>\u2022 Any costs for (priority) check-in or other services at the airport.<br>\u2022 Any costs for seat reservations.<br>\u2022 Any costs for extra or deviating facilities during your trip.<br>\u2022 The costs of visas, vaccinations and other border formalities.<br>\u2022 All costs of unmentioned meals and drinks<br>\u2022 All costs that exceed the F&amp;B credit included in the offer.<br>\u2022 The costs of travel or cancellation insurance.<br>\u2022 Other expenses of a personal nature.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea93250 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ea93250\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Names of travelers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6af856 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6af856\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Your name and that of every traveler, including the data associated with it (such as place and date of issue of a passport), must exactly match the border document used for the trip. Correcting this data after booking \u2013 in particular the name of the traveler &#8211; can involve high costs and is even impossible in some cases. The service providers involved in the trip may refuse travelers whose name in a border document does not match the booking. In these cases, Beyond Expectations is not obliged to compensate the traveler or client or to refund the travel sum of this traveler.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ea9984 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7ea9984\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Border documents, visas and vaccinations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91a318b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91a318b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You must be in possession of valid border documents such as a valid passport and any visas for your trip. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/cibtvisas.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">check<\/a> and, if necessary, apply for any required visa directly here. We advise you in particular to check that your travel document meets the minimum validity requirements set by the countries to be visited, including deviating or additional administrative formalities.<br>You can also obtain information about the required visas for the countries you visit (including the application period) from, among others, the consulate or embassy of that country. You can find a complete overview of embassies and consulates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rijksoverheid.nl\/onderwerpen\/ambassades-consulaten-en-overige-vertegenwoordigingen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on the website of the national government<\/a>.   <\/p><p>For the countries you visit during your trip, advice or obligations may apply for traveler vaccinations. For more information, we would like to refer every traveler to his or her family doctor, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ggdreisvaccinaties.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GGD<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klmhealthservices.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KLM Health Services<\/a>. <\/p><p>Via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iatatravelcentre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the IATA Travel Centre website<\/a> you can easily check which formalities and requirements apply to the border documents and vaccinations for the (transfer) destination(s) booked by your employees.<br>Changes and cancellations<\/p><p>If you want to change or cancel an assignment, you must report this to us as soon as possible and on the day of departure in any case well before the trip takes place. Only the (contact person of the) client can change or cancel the booking. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ed42aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6ed42aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">No-show<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8faa351 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8faa351\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you do not report in time for the flight (a so-called \u201cno-show\u201d), airlines often apply higher cancellation costs that can amount to 100% of the fare, if necessary in deviation from other previously reported (lower) cancellation costs. Some airlines use a broader concept of no-show, even in case of cancellation a few days before the departure date. In case of no-show for other services (for example hotel reservations or rental cars), specific provisions of the relevant provider apply. This may mean that you have to pay for the first night or rental day, receive no refund at all, or that the reserved hotel room or rental car is no longer available.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-557b084 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"557b084\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Travel restrictions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56af094 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56af094\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Special circumstances may apply to travel to some destination(s) and the travel route to be taken (including stops and transfer locations), such as administrative regulations, health regulations, climatic conditions and\/or other (travel) restrictions. Important information about this is available, among other things, on the website of the national government (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl<\/a>) and the Travel apps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch customs. You are responsible for ensuring that you and the travelers fully inform yourself about all applicable regulations for the trip, including any changes thereto, both before booking and before and during the trip.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2b392e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a2b392e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a21af62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a21af62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you have a question or complaint, always contact our employees or, if this takes place during your trip, with the travel service provider involved. Make sure you have all the necessary information at hand (such as the booking reference and the name of the traveler) so that we can help you quickly.
