Privacy Statement

We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated as confidentially as possible. Personal data is processed in a manner that complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and execute a possible agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services. In addition, we use this data to carry out activities aimed at increasing the customer base. It is also possible that photos will be taken during your visit, which we will then use in expressions on social media. Because it is not practically possible for us to ask each visitor for permission separately, your participation in an event implies that you agree to this use in advance. If you unexpectedly have any objections to the use of an image in which you appear, you can request us to remove the image.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or wishes a particular item or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or perform work for you, to be able to invoice you and to be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. When purchasing, this is necessary to let you know which specifications or wishes a particular item or service should meet as far as we are concerned, to be able to send a quotation request or place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and to be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

This concerns ordinary personal data, such as first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and your IP address. In principle, we do not process any special personal data.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or sufficient personal data, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for the complete answering and processing thereof.

We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.

We try to anonymize this data as much as possible. This data will not be provided to third parties.
