How to register
You can register for this incentive below. After registration, you will automatically receive a payment request for 25% of the travel sum. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation and serves as a commitment to the organization. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you an invoice for the full travel sum, including a due date for the second installment.

In the app, you will find the complete incentive program clearly displayed. In addition, you can add program components to your personal calendar, use a private messaging service, and automatically receive notifications about exactly where and when you are expected. Does everyone have access to the BE app?
No, the app is exclusively accessible to participants. After registration and verification, we grant access to the events in which you are participating, as well as to any public events, such as those offered under ‘invites’.
